| HOTEL DESCRIPTION SNIPPET |
| Designed by Henry C. Trost, contemporary of Frank Lloyd Wright, and built in 1914 by Banker Smith, who embezzled the money from his own bank, The T.R.H Smith Mansion was formerly used as a residence of prominent citizens, as well as being reputed to be used as a brothel. Stories of buried or embezzled treasure and ghosts persist and the home is also known as the largest residence in the city at 5700 square feet. It boasts lovely spacious gardens and lawns, a sun porch and deck - while the oversized honeymoon suite features a king bed, fireplace, loveseat and mountain views. Perfect for small weddings, receptions, meetings, parties, catered luncheons and dinners . . . . more property information available . . . .
